An example would be acupuncture, which has limited evidence for ~4 indications - specific types of pain, some nausea, one or two specific things. But find me an acupuncturist who limits themselves to those treatments

Or chiropractic - decent evidence it helps short-term musculoskeletal pain, specifically around the back. Find me A SINGLE CHIROPRACTOR who does only back pain and I'll eat a spinal column
