Complex. There are many factors driving women to have abortions, so in some cases yes, but it's also clearly up to individual women what they do with their bodies so there's no easy answer

I'm not going to speak on behalf of women, but I would say that there's strong evidence that providing safe options for abortion does not affect the rate at which abortions are performed, but does significantly reduce the rate of women dying from unsafe abortions
