I appreciate the information!! Any advice for someone who is physically unable to do much exercise? Biohacking was recommended to help with pain caused by EDS Type 3 and effects from my bipolar disorder type 2.

Honestly biohacking is no different to seeing a physio, and/or taking a few supplements so I guess try that? My usual advice is to talk to your doctor because I'm not one sadly
