I'd agree. Unless you're drinking a huge amount, I can't imagine the health benefits/issues would be big except to farm animals

The big issue comes from when someone is substituting plant milk for cow milk 1:1. Some have a closer profile to cow milk than others. E.g soy vs almost milk. Soy wins hands down for protein.

But surely you'd still only be looking at the big milk drinkers, no? If you're not drinking much, would the impact still be a problem?
