Honestly I don't think the numbers are overblown. This kind of intervention is crazy cheap and the sick leave is v. expensive

I'm not sure I see what you mean. The sick leave amount was taken from financial systems, not ascertained by managers or employees

Who knows how, but if bias can creep in it will. The battle against bias is never-ending.

That doesn't seem like a strong argument against the results to me. I can't see how it would bias the experiment at all
