Is there any other way to defeat a cold besides lots of sleep and lots of fluids? Cold meds only affect symptoms right?
But seriously, you're pretty much right: rest and relaxation, meds treat symptoms and most supplements are worthless

Great question, I am not sure. But I'd guess probably? It's generally about energy use, because you need energy to fight the cold
