Turnbull makes an excellent point that we're getting a very good outcome from our health expenditure.
Not as good as NZ, Netherlands, France etc. We are good, but could be doing better.

you kidding? we're one of the world's longest lived people and our health outcomes improved significantly in the last decade.

Both true. We tend to be top 10 in terms of cost-benefit for healthcare ($ per DALY/QALY etc), NZ ranks higher usually.
