@KidneyHealth Really?! NSW highest total number CKD, certainly, but highest rates are in NT: I smell a methodological error!1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -
I suspect this is correct actually, they've broken it down to small areas as opposed to states.

Without seeing report, I suspect it's based on 2011-12 ABS NHMS, ignoring 2012-13 ABS NATSIHMS

Actually they state that they used both.

To generate "hot spots" (the headline), they only used 2011-12 ABS NHMS - so excluding ATSI pop at risk

I'm confused; the report I linked seems to cite both the ABS NHMS and ATSI numbers for those numbers.

Cites Indigenous rates from 2011-2012 NHMS (where remote Indigenous people are excluded), not 2012-13 NATSIHMS (representative)

But their ninth reference, cited for the hotspots figures, is the 2012-13 NATSIHMS (unless I've gotten my acronyms confused)?
