True, but the evidence for benefit of vit supps in the absence of a diagnosed deficiency is of the same level as homeopathy.

I totally get the comparison, &scientifically can't support my use, but w/my training routine I req to supplement my diet.

I guess my stance would be if there's no evidential support you probably don't require the supps to your diet.
