Reminds me of that time Marik published a dubious case series claiming to have cured sepsis with vitamin C, thiamine & steroids. Then he claimed it was unethical to do RCTs. Then he claimed the (negative) RCTs were setup to fail (by big pharma). Oddly similar to ivermectin…
