Standardisation of atomic health data should be a clinical safety priority. We can't expect AI, CDS, personalised medicine to work on top of this poor quality, poorly designed atomic data. Much less safely aggregate for big data purposes or compare apples w pears in research.

Good clarification, as all I see on here is statisticians having a go at clinicians/clinical academics. Wondered if there were any healthy collaborations out there. Twitter does distort reality
