It was a small piece of research from nearly a decade ago that excluded 90% of the participants because they had sperm too poor to qualify for inspection. That alone means it's impossible to draw any firm conclusions

There's also no control group, so my guess would be that the authors were surveilling a very unwell population who happened to be taking ivermectin. Hard to tell if the medication contributed to that at all

That's a shame, I'm still going to use it because there's no study of any significance that shows that invermectin is effective against COVID-19. (only in that context, of course, because I'm not a medical professional and should not be trusted for medical advice)

It is only used for short period of time. It has been proposed as a bedbug prophylactic but there is concern over the dose building up over time.
