      For Ivermectin when the results went in the wrong direction the results are insignificant, and when there was no difference they are significant?

      The p-values are definitely incorrect, but you can't actually know that just from this table because you don't know what tests they've performed

          it looks as if they tested change of symptom % within each group. Have to check this with a calculator. Anyway, it's awkward to test that and not the difference *between* groups.

          I genuinely don't know what tests they ran because even running chi-squared for the within-group differences does not replicate those values

          Why? Just looks like an issue with the program they used for the table. The P-values were probably just very very small.

          I would say the p values. Shouldn’t it be comparing the same time frame between the control and treatment groups? It doesn’t seem to be the case based on this table.
