It’s unfortunate so many smart people are quick to dismiss what they have not taken the time to properly understand. Crypto assets and
#BTC
in particular are the future of finance. Ignore at your own peril, we’re at the adoption stage of the internet back in 1995…https://twitter.com/gladstein/status/1434345356859305991 …GrepMed added,

I can tell from reading the responses here that few have taken the time to digest more than misleading CNBC headlines. This is the same way medical research misinformation is distorted and promulgated.

BTC for starters, for the billions of the unbanked in developing countries, it provides sound monetary policy (protection from the real threat of rampant inflation- lebanon, argentina, zimbawe, venezuela etc)https://bitcoinmagazine.com/culture/check-your-financial-privilege …

For those of us lucky to live in 1st world countries,
#BTC
is the hardest form of money which is a technology at its core. https://unchained-capital.com/blog/bitcoin-is-the-great-definancialization/ …
This article outlines BTC vs Gold, true even more today than in 2018 https://vijayboyapati.medium.com/the-bullish-case-for-bitcoin-6ecc8bdecc1 …1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes
I've read that article and quite a few others, and I disagree quite strongly with some of the points. For example, as we've seen recently, the value of BTC is easily manipulable by very rich people!

the "banking the unbanked" argument has literally never been presented in a joined-up manner, including in that articlehttps://davidgerard.co.uk/blockchain/2021/02/12/libra-shrugged-chapter-6-banking-the-unbanked/ …
