Weird-it came out months after RECOVERY was published, corticosteroid use was double as high in the ivm group, but not adjusted for in the analysis? I think it also shows the limitations of non-random prospective cohorts with fundamentally different patient groups

I'm just looking at the preprint, the differences are... interesting. Did you know in the preprint smoking had a larger effect on survival than IVM, but their matched cohort has double the rate of smokers in the control group.
