My understanding is that this shortness of breath is frequently just anxiety.
I've been exercising - hard - with mask now for 18 months. Kid's been double masking to school for 12 months. Only relaxing a little since we've both vaccinated.
The worst argument is teaching phonics sounds in early grades. There's only a handful of them and a teacher can lower their mask for the handful of seconds its being taught. No need to get rid of masks for that. I teach reading, if that matters.
My 4yo is in speech therapy, and she's progressing just fine, even with both the interventionalist and her masked completely. 
They harms are firmly established in the fraudulent retracted JAMA article he credulously retweeted because it aligned with with biases.

“The potential educational harms”??? What even are these? Teaching children that there are things they can do to protect themselves AND others?
It’s the Robert Malone disingenuous argument tactic: “look, the disease is milder in children! Look at these stats! We should no longer worry about preventive measures for them! Masks/vaccines are too risky!” But neither get around to actually making a risk COMPARISON.
