That has not been tested as much, but given the enormous issues in the literature I'm skeptical

Oh right - yes, that's one of the best studies, but the benefits are modest. On its own, doesn't really prove anything, and in combination with other studies the benefits largely disappear

Oh no not really, just other studies of ivermectin/in combination with other treatments. But like I said, this one study doesn't give us much to go on

I will say - the message for some time has been that ivermectin as a standalone treatment is effective. It would be a remarkable goalpost shift for them to say, based on only 1 trial, that it's actually only effective in combination with doxy

I struggle a bit with that, because on the one hand allowing outright falsehoods to spread is not good, but the tech platforms generally have approached the matter with the subtlety of a drunk rhinoceros
