Ivermectin is interestingly the odd one out here - while it was to an extent spread by charlatans, it remains a somewhat plausible treatment that you can reasonably argue may have a modest benefit for Covid-19

imo it's not helpful to ridicule the whole IVM crowd with the vet-med loons. Most* of them are not taking animal versions so it's too easy for them to dismiss the advice against IVM as -"well that aint me, I got the good stuff." We need better rebuttal to the human versions too.

Then you're into whether it has demonstrable benefit and also how much it costs (assuming indefinite prophylactic use, plus they seem to be taking a whole lot of other stuff with it in many cases).
