Unless an RCT was literally done in a laboratory, it is "real world data" Randomization is not magic, it just removes issues that are otherwise present in most studies

Oh definitely! I just notice that when people complain about RCTs not being 'real-world data', they often focus in on how randomisation is the culprit itself and ignore the multitude of quality issues that are more important to making them 'real-world'
