Unless an RCT was literally done in a laboratory, it is "real world data" Randomization is not magic, it just removes issues that are otherwise present in most studies

Yes, in some cases RCTs will be LESS able to answer questions. But generally, especially for simple questions, they are much better than heavily biased non-randomized trials or ecological research

The core problem is people aren't arguing in good faith. They don't really care about answering a question, they just want to win a Twitter feud. So they don't understand/care why trials are set up the way they are instead of in a way to show them what they think they should see.
