Nobody in the anti-vax/pro-ivermectin camp has scientific, evidence-based rebuttals to our skepticism and critiques besides "There are lots of trials showing benefit" and "You're wrong" Eric Osgood's position is that there may be benefit and rare harms; at least that's honest.
