My fave example was the fraudulent Elgazzar trial, but similar (although not always identical) protocols are in Niaee, Babalola, Mahmud etc. The dosages in Niaee are mostly LOWER than in Together by quite a bit

Lol, why don't you have a look? You're the one who raised this objection about Together in the first place, surely you should've done some basic die diligence beforehand?

Although worth noting that with Elgazzar retracted the entire mortality benefit for ivermectin in RCTs comes from Niaee et al so if you don't like this dosing schedule you should explain why it's only a problem when the results are null

I'm asking you to back your argument. Feel free to invert the burden though.https://twitter.com/GidMK/status/1431834454046035969?s=19 …
Alexandros Marinos added,
Health NerdVerified account @GidMKOh, and to be specific as to why this is nonsense - half of the positive trials for ivm used this or a very similar dosing schedule, but people never criticise those for not following FLCCC protocols only the trial with null results I wonder why

Nah, you're just ignoring the substantive point to nit-pick because it's inconvenient

Can you state your substantive point, ideally in ways I can validate?

Sure. Many of the positive trials, such as Niaee, have similar dosing schedules as Together. Some of them gave lower doses. But the only trial you have raised this objection to is the one with null results

Any response here? Why is this dosing regimen an issue for Together but not studies that show positive results?

I will look into that trial and let you know. (just woke up btw)

Cool, me too. So, why is Niaee and/or the other positive studies where they gave lower or similar doses of ivermectin fine but Together is bad? Is it simply because of the null result?
