Fascinating stuff, a whole thread of people saying weird shit about me (and a poem that I've said many times was idiotic in hindsight)https://twitter.com/alexandrosM/status/1431607634075938823 …

Good to know you've disowned that. If you can point to a link I will update the thread.

I've said it a few times on Twitter but tbh never saved the link. Feel free to link to this as me "disowning" it

One valid criticism that still remains is that you've hardly deviated from the currently held view point of scientific authorities. Eg. masks, lockdowns, airborne transmission.

I'm perfectly happy criticising anyone's issues, but it's worth noting that the scientific authorities tend to employ some of the world's best scientists who make mistakes far less often than I do

How do you know how often they make mistakes or not? They have even less incentive to admit wrongdoing than you. Does that play a part in your analysis?

No, but I've read their work. The CDC tends to be meticulous in their published work, the WHO can be more hamstrung by politics but still very high-quality work on the whole

Post some nitpicking threads of some of those papers then.

I have, but the threads where I mostly can't find issues tend not to get as much traction for some inexplicable reason
