Actually, according to the HSE it is: Data from the United States estimates that the risk of myocarditis in boys aged 12 to 17 is about 1 in 16,000. 1 in 100,000 children who get COVID-19 have to go to hospital. The risk of needing intensive care treatment is very low. Link:

Thus far, there have been no deaths due to vaccine-induced myocarditis, and while all children who have had it have been hospitalized as a precaution I believe only a small fraction have been to ICU. So at this age bracket, the vaccine is far less dangerous than COVID
