Also, people are talking about minor dosing differences (0.4mcg/kg vs 0.6mcg/kg) as if that's meaningful which is HILARIOUS because the dosage used in TOGETHER is higher than most of the studies showing massive mortality benefits
One more point - there DOES appear to be a benefit in these slides from fluvoxamine for hospitalization/ED. I don't know enough about the literature on fluvoxamine to comment, but this looks very encouraging in isolationpic.twitter.com/X7Z1RjEZhL
That just means it's time to move on to Fluvoxamine! Except fluvoxamine might actually work?pic.twitter.com/uRRdjAfLT2
Don't know enough about the data to comment on fluvoxamine. It does look good from these slides!
Why ppl cling to Ivermectin as a miracle drug is beyond me
people can shift their focus to a therapeutic that has shown great efficacy in early hospitalized patients by inhibiting GM-CSF and preventing ventilation/death - #Lenzilumab.

I would be interested in hearing your thoughts on the Fluvoxomine results
@GidMK population enrolled was age >50yo or with a co-morbidity, so a moderate risk population -- but indeed with early mild disease (at trial entry)
Good point! I think in this context I would classify as mild, because the other trials have been on hospitalized/ICU admitted which have been classified as moderate/severe respectively
