I am not hungry after eating spaghetti bolognese. Quite a satisfying meal from experience.https://twitter.com/hormonedietdoc/status/1423044216981270528 …

If I eat this, my Insulin levels will skyrocket, my cortisol levels will rise, my triglyceride levels will elevate so I'll store fat, a chain of inflammatory reactions will cascade & I"ll be starving soon after because I received little nutriton. Makes it easy to skip this #keto pic.twitter.com/vXNqDqrgG6

It's really fine not to eat spaghetti if you are starving afterwards. But it isn't helpful for a doctor to claim that is because of things like cortisol levels and chains of inflammatory reactions without evidence.

Not sure the sardines on celery are going to catch on.https://twitter.com/hormonedietdoc/status/1422996255664484358?s=19 …

#Sardines are one of the most nutrient dense foods from the sea, and they’re especially high in Omega 3's, calcium, selenium & vitamin D. Tell us your recipe if you didn't like them but now do. I fortunately always liked sardines, but many don't #keto #omega3 #vitaminD #selenium pic.twitter.com/oRWb8Zw6B1

True story - last time I ate sardines and salad I was starving shortly after. Had to order way more tapas to make it a meal! Guess it must've been the cortisol
