The 65% I calculated for people 60+ is simply a crude calculation based on the week 11/07-17/07 using that spreadsheet and the base rates given on the same website

What do you say about the report's bubble plots showing around twice as many breakthroughs per capita vaccinated in January than in March? Could this show antibody decline between 4 and 6 months out? Or at risk and congregate living vaccinated first?

Huh, that's odd I'll have to check my numbers. The figure from the spreadsheet online say 1.35million second doses in that population and the population estimate I could find for 2020 said 1.39 million individuals
