Yeah. They aren't seeing their friends as much... But they can opt in to get togethers. But they also aren't forced to see their bullies.

Indeed. There is also far less opportunity for suicidal behaviour when staying at home with parents I suspect

Maybe it’s saved kids who were being bullied at school. And maybe only the ‘mean kids’ suffered because they weren’t able to take their fear and anger out on anyone else

It never ceases to amaze me some people push the idea that it's harmless to infect kids with coronavirus via schools because otherwise they'll commit suicide.. hello... portraying schools as some sort of mental health uptopia for teens is the first fallacy in that argument.
