0.004% is the global age-adjusted mortality for me (age 30) if I catch COVID-19. It might be lower in Australia due to our healthcare system? Best person to ask is

Our estimate was made based on data up to mid-late last year. Since then we've had new variants with a plausibly higher mortality, as well as better treatments that should reduce the age-adjusted death rates. Hard to estimate the exact effects of those influences
