I've just found another ivermectin study that was rated as low risk of bias by two separate teams of meta-researchers but contains very crudely impossible values in the paper Do people even read the studies they rate???
In this context it would be part of the "reported results" area of bias. There are several places where the authors have made very strange decisions in their analysis

I couldn't see where they'd registered the trial and specified their dependent measure. If they didn't then the risk of p-hacking is a non-negligible risk of bias.
