They should certainly be recalculated. If the poor studies are removed, the benefit of IVM vanishes.

This is obviously true, but it is also important to note that both of these positive analyses rated this study as at low risk of bias. How can that have ever been the case?

Yep. It's also worth noting that once you exclude Elgazzar, any potential benefit entirely rests on another very high-risk study Niaee et al, which has some extremely worrying aspects H/T
