I understand that there will be many erroneous reports in systems like VAERS, but my question was if it's not true that most adverse events never get reported in these systems? I've seen numbers such as perhaps 1 in 20 adverse events ger reported in VAERS?
Like I said, it's variable. For severe side-effects, you often get more reports than are possibly caused by the vaccine, whereas for mild ones often it's lower. It depends on the system as well, and the context
