Are National Parks governed separately (i.e. by the feds)? If so, presumably entering a park would count as leaving GS

That's what I am not clear about (I am asking NSW Pol). Still as I said, there's nothing in the health order saying you can't leave GS either from what I can see.

It does specify GS under the reasonable excuse for exercise/recreation. Presumably that was the excuse used in this case (if not, I suspect that they would still be fined because I can't think of another excuse that covers the situation)pic.twitter.com/3vBIsA6tPW
