Again, look at the age breakdowns and you'll see why that is a misleading figure

Over 50s - 1.4% deaths in vaccinated, 3.9% unvaccinated Under 50s - 0% deaths vaccinated, 0.01% unvaccinated I.e. 75-100% protective of death, once you stratify by age

And only 4 people under 50 died of covid in Australia so the ARR of vaccination is minimal

ARR is misleading in this case because as time trends towards infinity the risk of being infected at least once approaches 1, which means that the ARR as time -> future approaches RRR

0.00001 of under 50yo in Aus have died of covid in a year and that number will go down as more people get immunity and virus CFR decreases. Point is segregating under 50 out is misleading

No idea what you're trying to say there but in this context not age-stratifying gives you a misleading estimate because older people die more often from COVID-19 and are also more likely to have been vaccinated so it's a very basic confounding factor

The fact is total CFR vax 0.6 unvax 0.08 table 4 says this yes or no?

We've been over this already - the overall figures are meaningless without age stratification because COVID-19 is more fatal for older people

Using that logic we should not count any covid deaths above the age of 80

What a truly bizarre thing to say. That is in no way a logical response to the age gradient of COVID-19 fatality rates
