Coffee/caffeine pretty much do what you think https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/eat-well/water-drinks-nutrition/ … : wake you up with few other effects of 4-5 average strength cups a day; much more and you'll know you've overdone it. But pregnant women would do well to drink less: caffeine causes low birth weight in babies
