The vast outrage over the "unfairness" of a transgender athlete competing at the Olympics makes very little sense when you consider that; a) she is ranked 4th b) she is the first trans athlete to compete at the Olympics EVER
That's a wildly terrible argument. He's saying that because something is challenging we should not do it

I don’t think you have read it in detail and Ross is most researched and balanced on this. Sport is his research area of expertise. In my own personal opinion, this risk women’s elite sport

He's making the point that gender is the easiest delineator for elite sport is gender, which I agree with, but the argument that this means we shouldn't do it differently is thin and not very persuading Easy doesn't mean correct!
