The headline is very carefully phrased, but it's clear from the text of the story that these people "sought hospital care" but were not necessarily admitted to hospital - two quite different things

With not having tested them all for antibodies and finding them all to be positive the story is a little premature. The WSJ published a piece stating COV had a mortality of likely less than 0.01%. Was wrong than still wrong now.
