Exactly, no use to fight on the process. What evolved over billions of years cannot be decrypted by just decades of studies. We Just need to find out what is best for which class of population and advise it accordingly for the better health of humanity.

correct, it’s because we are so trained to use the model of one disease one drug (works great for infectious disease btw) but does not fit into the chronic disease model
