Degrees are much cheaper in Australia than the US, but mine was ~$40k (a modest government subsidy reduced the price I payed by 25%)

So comparable. Ok. That's surprising even that is about three times more than UK universities cost for remote degrees. I had no idea it would be close to that much.

Probably worth noting that this is for the University of Sydney, which is one of the more prestigious local universities. The cost drops by about 30-50% if you go to some of the less expensive places in the country
