Says in the article it's consistent with what's seen internationally, but potentially with more reports of less severe cases. IIRC the overseas numbers for CVST were lower per million, but I think these numbers aren't just CVST...

18 in 1.8 million doses is pretty much exactly consistent with the international 7-9 per million, and the reduced severity might be explained by the fact that we were warned about it because we started later
