Some people really have no idea how supply chains work. You refusing a vaccine for your child in a high-income country isn't going to magically make the dose available for an elderly person in India

There was never a chance of anything else, the global population is 7.8 billion & only 4% of that has been fully vaccinated. If the vaccine was evenly distributed over the globe it would have left all countries vulnerable,

So even if you had a rock solid proposition and even have launched it elsewhere, you cannot introduce it in the middle of a pandemic, no matter how good it is. Then when the pandemic is over, Health Services revert to type. So it happens again
