        He says eventually one of those is going to escape the best efforts of contract tracers, and with new variants this could mean our hospitals are filled with the young and unwell. Not a matter of IF but WHEN...

        In fact in the interview he doesn't even acknowledge lockdowns, which to my mind are the more immediate risk posed by quarantine leaks. Are they not considered a factor anymore or something?
