And realistically the plausibility is quite low imo. Gas stoves aren't on for great lengths of time, unless you're leaving all the windows closed what's the mechanism for causing a truly enormous increase in child asthma? The PAF is 12%!

TBF, that actually is the case for a lot of the research. E.g. I looked up Spengler, the highest OR study. It's a survey in Russia shortly after the fall of the USSR, with most dwellings built 1970s or earlier and 80%ish with no ventilation.
