By all means we should reduce risks where possible, but ultimately without everyone being protected through vaccination the policy outcome is pretty much the same

Yes but if there is an easy way to further lower risk, ie. ventilation audits. Isn’t it worthwhile doing as well? Why do some states ignore ventilation? Vaccines aren’t zero risk either... Every layer helps.

If we currently see 1 outbreak per month (let's say), and reduce that to 1 outbreak every 4 months (75% reduction) we're still going to see the same issue when these outbreaks occur
