Having worked around the world w different epidemics it’s clear the huge lack of surveillance and systems in place for registering sick (reporting inn test results) and dead. One example is Yemen where I’m now. Test results comes only from few public labs, deaths not registered

in any good way. People also don’t want to test due to stigma or disbelieves. In Brazil the gov.used antibody test which is totally unreliable so new cases not diagnosed properly. It was like this during Ebola epidemic and other in low or middle income settings during epidemics
