Seeing a lot of people simply refusing to believe the ABC could be at fault. I'm a super fan of the ABC, but its decision (accelerating over the last three years) to hide complaints, remove transparency and take to the barricades needs to be acknowledged.

Yep, but in 2009 the ABC "upheld" 1 in 7 complaints (13.5%) By 2015 that had fallen to less than 0.2%, or around 1 in 600. The total number of complaints received didn't change. 1/2

They responded by changing their statistical reports to remove the number of complaints received, and only report those they consider "editorial" not "matters of personal preference". This is a problem, because that's the step were they effectively bin many legitimate complaints
