My favourite thing about this whole debacle is that people are now digging through my old tweets for gotcha moments where I said nasty things about Prof Ioannidis So far, the worst appears to be when I called him "not an infectious disease epidemiologist" 🤔

Dude, I wandered over to the twitter feeds of the AIER & Great Barringtonians & they absolutely are going through ALL your cat photos (and tweets). They are arguing that J Ioannidis is the real “victim” because how dare anyone point out that the prof attacked a PhD student 😸😸

I'm prepping to give a talk tonite at Duke (on R&D for neglected diseases)...here's one example, from a Fellow at the right-wing American Institute for Economic Research, who says it was "completely right" for a world famous professor to attack an arrogant incompetent PhD studentpic.twitter.com/G2rLCxk8xv

The main one is Phil tbh, he's by far the most prolific on twitter and he dislikes me because I argued with his assertion that Australia is a "remote Pacific Island" and Sydney something of a provincial town

Phil Magness, Research Fellow at AIER, tweets about me almost daily. He secretly 💕me, no? Here he praises my writing style. He thinks I'm a tad mean about the Great Barrington Declaration & its push to get as many people infected as possible. He thinks I'm a 'Mean Girl'😎🙃😎pic.twitter.com/Y6fRVt4sD5
