Wasn't there information that in Australia the total number of respiratory deaths was way DOWN last year because - apart from the unfortunate sites that were affected, influenza in aged care and the community was way down. We relearn this... EVERY TIME
I gained a ton of weight. I suspect I’m not alone. The US didn’t lockdown, but many of us did on our own. If we had done what Australia did, we wouldn’t have had to.
Would add to health service disruption: as up to 40% of UK Covid-19 infections occurred in hospitals, avoiding hospitals seems rational (and who knows, possibly more effective than avoiding restaurants).
