Something I think about a lot is that studies don't get retracted because they're bad, they get retracted because they are famous

The way we pitch it at PubPeer is: if, for whatever reason, you *have* analysed a paper, please share your conclusions; we try to make that easy. If everybody shared their analyses, most of the significant papers would be well covered.

Maybe, but my point is that there are thousands of insignificant papers that will never get reviewed no matter what because no one pays money for it to be done anywhere in the system
