Cases in Denmark and Norway are not described as sinous thrombosis but as DIC - with multiple small and larger thrombi and thrombocytopenia, and DIC - if that is what it is - is quite rare, and certainly not occuring out of the blue.

So, whole I agree that the occurence of VTE is of lesser concern. DIC is a somewhat different matter, which should be investigated.

In Germany AZ was first only released for sub 65. So we vaccinated (until last week) only younger people.
